Sorry - should have started here!
I'm 49, almost 50.  Started with all the symptoms of peri/menopause in a bit of a rotten year as so many other things are changing so it's making me quite miserable!
I have 3 daughters - middle has already left home, eldest moves in to her own home with her fiance in the summer and youngest (results permitting) is off to uni in October!  I have three horses (4 with my daughter's), 3 dogs (including my daughters) and a fantastic husband (thank GOODNESS!) 

I have so many worries and concerns but am relieved to have found this forum and will go exploring for views, opinions and answers!
