The bladder lift is different to anterior repair Annie. By tightened he means he made an incision up the front wall of your vagina and then stitched the tissues together tighter than they were before. Sometimes this works and sometimes it doesn't.

Oh Taz yes I wasn't suggesting I had a bladder lift, I refused it, but although I was stitches down there I didn't 'feel' any tighter. A lady in the next bed had the bladder lift
