I had been doing well on utrogestan 1-25 days and 2 pumps estragel but yesterday woke feeling very nauseous and dizzy. I don't understand why the change? Had sweats in the night last night which I haven't had for months and feel faint and dizzy today. Does this sound like I need more estragel? I'm trying for gp appointment today but they never give much help re menopause. Would appreciate any advice x
