Gynest lapse

I have been using Gynest cream regularly, although it's messy.. I got it down to twice a week, and then once, however I have lapsed and missed a week, so the last time I used it was 12 days ago. Should I "speed up" the dose and use twice this week, or three times?

I responded to you on another thread. You do need to keep up the twice a week regime with local oestrogen, probably forever, if you want to keep symptoms under control. VA and bladder issues don't tend to go away unless they are constantly managed in a consistent way. If your doctor advised you to reduce or stop the local oestrogen this is now known to be wrong. Many of us will be using local oestrogen for the rest of our lives.
