Hello ladies,
I have just realised that I forgot to put my oestrogen patch on 3 days ago! Could this explain why I feel low and tearful?

Hi Shellb - Could well explain it.
I would think the best thing to do is just put the new patch on as soon as you remember, then return to your normal change days. I'me sure somebody will be along soon to say if that's not the right thing to do.
