Hi daznefbyou are in the right place here for help and reassurance.
I too went through and still am going through Peri symptoms.
U did end up in casualty my symptoms were so severe last year. Anxiety palpitations etc are awful and are all connected with per although you believe it is serious terminal that is how it makes you feel.
I have had a great doctor and the help of ladies on this site I was never away from docs visits are less frequent now but still go back and forwards. I hope you find answers and you feel better soon.
Take care your not alone

Thanks Janine, I'm having another day where I convinced it's some awful terminal illness to make me feel this way!
And now I notice a new symptom I find myself holding my breathe ! Anyone else had that ,what's that all about ?
Going back to specialists Friday I can't cope anymore. X

I ended up in a&e before Christmas, because of the palpitations, nausea, anxiety etc.
Dazned - holding your breathe is probably another anxiety symptom, sort of manual breathing. Keep telling yourself you won't stop breathing.
Hope you feel much better very soon.x

Oh these issues come and go …….. I find myself trying to take a really deep breath and not being able to do so, then it all goes back to 'normal'
