Morning Ladies,

I'm off to see my GP tomorrow to request changing from gel to a patch. I have been using the gel for aprox 3 years but since August have struggled with the return of symptoms such as anxiety, depression, lightheadedness/vertigo and nightsweats with adrenalyn  rush.

Does anyone else have any advice which patch to use. Because of my age thought I would start with 50 and see how I go.

Hi Warwick01- I've used both of these and in my experience the estradot patches stick the best and are also the smallest (prob half size of evorel) xx

Probably too late for this - and there is another thread about this too!

Just to say I'm with Kittjay - Estradot all the way due to their size - and I have tried both!
