Hi to everyone!
« on: February 07, 2015, 10:26:15 AM »

I joined a few months ago and only now realised I hadn't introduced myself.

I am 47 and a working mom of two teenage girls living in Hormone House, Hormonal Street, Ireland!  ;D

I practice Ashtanga yoga regularly and try to eat a relatively healthy diet. I also love to knit!

I just wanted to say MM is a valuable source of information. I've been slowly making my way through the categories on the left and I thoroughly enjoy the forum.

Thanks to all who contribute.

Hello Raenbo and welcome to the forum.

My neighbour is menopausal and has two teenage boys so she could be living on the opposite side of your street!

Hormones are such fun aren't they ?!

Take care.

Hi Raenbow,

I'm 49 and peri, living with two hormonal teens too... DD is 18 and DS is 17. somw days I feel like I'm going through puberty in reverse and there are days when the three of us clash. Fortunately I have a very understanding and chilled out DH.
