Thank you!  Are they the size of horse pills or easy to swallow?!

Large Smarties.
I take them with several other large capsules, no bother.

Hello ladies.

I understand that taking pills or capsules with a fizzy drink makes them easier to swallow.

Hope that helps.

Hi I had stage of burping and indigestion and slight discomfort in upper stomach so doc sent me for endoscope just to check and it turns out I have hiatus hernia he prescribe lansprozole for acid but that gave me abdominal pains  so to avoid making too much acid I don't eat 2 hours before bed , eat. Smaller meals not too spicy foods, I do get the burning or ****ling in the throat sometimes which I think is the start of a sore throat but it's the acid  and doesn't develop into a cold or anything but havent taken anything for that and it goes in a couple of days but milk of magnesia is a very old remedy before gaviscon was around and it lines the stomach more than anything and can be taken for dispepsia . I know our bodies are going through the change but I would be surprised if our indigestion problems was to do with menopause .buti could be wrong

Anyway hope you find something to,help your symptoms ladies
