Yes, I do have a lot of stuff affecting my mental heath and as I said have volunteered for a new sort of talking therapy but one day it seems to be improving and another I go right back down to full on depression again. Oh I hear you Nissa11! Depression is a funny thing. Just when you think you are on the improve, then it can come back a bite you in the bottom again. For me the key is managing the moments when I am at rock bottom. I have an “Action Plan†thingie. I developed it with my doctor. It lists my triggers and things I can do at the time to help. And also if it escalates who I can contact in a crisis. I often refer to it. Could you write one up yourself? Or ask your doctor about creating one? I hope that strategy makes sense to you.
