Thanks everyone. Some helpful info there. I am gradually improving but it is gradual -frustratingly so.
The miserable weather doesn't help. Not been outside for 3 weeks and I love walking my collie!!
Was looking forward to lambing a friend's flock with her too but they are starting to "pop" and I can't do anything yet. Grrrrrrr!!!
I must just try to be patient and take a day at a time. Gradual improvement is better than none. Doing just a bit of work on my new book today but even that was exhausting.
Do keep well if you can. Health is really the only thing that matters.

Crikey that's early lambing these days - maybe you can have some caddy lambs  ;)

According to BBC website, the flu has mutated so this year's flu jab provides only a little immunity.
