I am moved to say that I have only been a member of this forum for a couple of weeks but it has helped me so much.
To know other women are going though or have been through the same issues/symtoms/drugs really helps so much.Also the concern and care shown is so lovely. Thanks to the HRT and SSRI (Citilapram) and the support from this forum of women, this christmas has been brilliant and I was dreading it. Absolutely dreading it…my expectations are realistic and that helps.

The fact you don't know each other makes it easier to be honest. To write things you might not say to these near to us, but still get feedback from people not emotionally involved.

I couldn't do without the forum. I have made some good friends over the years too.

I have just come across this topic, no idea why I did not see it before

I would like to add my thanks as without all of your great support and kindness at some very difficult times I don't know what I would have done.

Some people may find it odd that we talk as friends but have never met, but for me it is lovely to know you are all there and it gives me great comfort. I love checking in each day to see what everyone is chatting about.
