Had a mixed year.
The start wasn't good, anxiety & depression for a few weeks then better, lost our dog  :'(
Had another set back, better then had a lovely holiday.
All going well, brother in hospital set back again.
Better now and looking forward to christmas and hopefully a more peaceful and happy new year.

DH wasn't a mature student either.  He went to Uni at age 18  ………. gosh that rattled the adding up and taking away brain cell  :o ……… mature students are those who have been in work before taking a Degree Course usually in their late 30s/40s ……  ;)

Add to my year - DH and I have remained healthy; no heart problems, joints are OK, not too many coughs/colds - he did have a lot of muscle problems in the mid-year but that was a positive in a way as we went away more often.

Also my Mum remains generally well so we don't have to visit her  ;)

not necessarily, but sometimes

UCAS defines a mature student as any student who is over the age of 21 when they commence their studies.

my error as I thought it was any student who did extended courses, like BA then MA then PhD for example.
