You're a two loo household. Wish we were. Daughter has 3 in her house, none with soft closing lids.  Of course modern houses have to have 2 loos nowadays if they are up & downstairs. Son's house has a downstairs shower room too, although they didn't get shower put in & use space as a shelved cupboard.

Yep. When we moved here in the 80s, we had the 2nd one installed as soon as we could afford it. Wouldn't have moved here if there was no room. I have had IBS since my teens and prone to urgency, so it was a must. I grew up in a house with one loo, which was an improvement on the outdoor loos that they grew up with.  I wasn't prepared to live with that kind of stress. I'm afraid we haven't a convenient shed and theres a public footpath at the end of the garden! Could be interesting!  ;)

We are a 2-loo household - small cold cloakroom by the front door, the other at the top of the landing.  Did toy with the idea of putting in an en-suite to our room but it would have meant a LOT of digging and extra plumbing - for 2 of us   ::)

One can buy heated seats tha knows ……….

I agree: if I have viewings when our property is on the market shoes will be OFF! and loo seats down!!  ;D
