Forgot to change patch

Woops, forgot to change my patch last night, just remembered today, will that cause much of a problem?

No, it will be fine. I'm sure there's a bit of lee-way anyway, the worst that would happen is that your oestrogen levels dropped a little, but if it's just a few hours' late, I doubt it.
You're lucky that your patches stayed on that long - I had to change to gel as they kept coming unstuck.

Would have thought you'll be ok.
With the twice weekly patches it's either 3 or 4 days between changes.

Hi Ladies
My patches stay on really well.
I was about 18hours late in changing the patch.
I didn't notice any flushes in between.

I lose track of the days and quite often forget......oops....
I'm sure you'll be fine. When I had to come off them for a while it took about 2.5 weeks before the flushes returned.

As your patch is changed twice a week.....one after three days and one after four it will make no difference. Patches are designed to last four days and will probably last a good bit longer.
I can leave mine off for a good few days and notice no difference at all.
