I think thats one of the main reasonsi am concerned about HRT is because i smoke.and im concerned about adding more stuff into the mix.
I also have very good reasons why i am extremely cautious about taking prescribed medication.
Unfortunately as you said smoking is the most addictive substance and a very many years ingrained habit.
As with most people who smoke i wish i had never started as i know it has an impact on my health
There is never a right time to quit it seems.but i feel that i do need to try and get into a better place beforei try.
At the moment,along with all thesehealth issues i am being forced to have to sell our home,am struggling to find stable employment thats out of the cares system ( although i realise im going to need to go back to it ) so have absaliutely no financial stability,debts and also various other very stressfull things going on within my family and finances.
So stopping smoking is i guess at the bottom of the list very frustratingly!
