Thank you I have ordered some for us both to try, 2500mg capsules from Just Vitamins (free delivery).  If it doesn't suit you can return it no questions asked.  I will report back in a few weeks.

meant to say that I rang and spoke to the nutritional adviser this morning who assured me their product is tested to ensure it is thujone free and safe for long term use.

BJ I think the thujone oil is in the sage essential oil which should be used with care.

Health shops sell Sage tea in tea bags, which are an acquired taste, but you can add one of the fruit teas, and not half so bad.

Sage can be a drying herb so make sure you drink plenty of water.
