Generally on the box it gives you change days. You choose what days suit you. I do Wednesday and Saturday, but you will have the days set out. It does mean that one patch is on four days and the other three but that's the way it goes.
I take mine off before my shower in the morning, then I don't use any moisturises and then I get dried. I replace the patch about half an hour later. Then I'm sure my skin is completely dry.
I peel and stick it on. Never in the same place, I use alternate sides keeping clear of knicker line.
Ignore the 24 hour thing, don't know what that is all about.
Have you decided how to use the utrogestan...orally or vaginally ?
