Quick question - do people take their hrt first thing in the morning or last thing at night? I have a reason for asking....

I take mine last thing at night, just habit from when I took contraceptive pill for years. I did start taking HRT in morn few months ago because I thought it was upsetting my stomach turned out it wasn't so went back to night always leave it on bedside cabinet and take it before I get into bed
