Thanks, will def have a try of sage. I do have ppl to talk to but I feel it's at the point now of needing trained support...coping strategies etc. Altho I hate that term - 'coping' seems so unambitious!! I want to thrive ;) I spoke to the general mental health nhs service in the city today and the lady said I'd be working with a wellness practitioner at first then can go on to cbt. It's only a 2 wk wait surprisingly.
Still feeling a bit weirded out on the sertraline, with bad headache...but will try to give it a good stint before deciding whether to swap for another. Slight positive is that I seem to be losing weight on them...always a silver lining ;D
Hope you had another good day today...and yes, fingers crossed you're nearing the end of this testing chapter!!! xxx
