Limpy - I suspect you could be right.  I googled all the various measurements and honestly, someone needs to decide which one we should all be using!!  Some brands use one and other brands use another, and one unit of measurement is shown as something like "ug" - I think that's the one for micrograms!!! There's nothing like making our lives even more complicated.  I have acquired an entire carrier bag full of the stuff, enough for a year, I reckon. Happy days!

Try Healthspan 'Super Strength Vitamin D3'.  They are 25mcg (1000iu).  They are also much cheaper than anything you can buy on the High Street and much better quality.  You can only buy on line but delivery is quick.  D3 is the form that is made in the body so much more effective than D2

Cheers, Rosebud57 - it always helps not to have to pay a fortune for these things.  In Boots today, I noticed one lot of starflower oil at £16.99 for 100 days' worth.  I thought not.  Online looks a great deal cheaper for all of it, to be honest.
