Hi Ladies
Haven't posted for ages but still get lots of support from reading posts.

Have started to get burning urethra and the needing to pee feeling all the time.
Haven't used the hrt pesseries for months as stopped when my symptoms went away but now it's back with a vengeance!
   will I have to start with the reload every night again?  Also how do I find the burning club? Posts.

Any advice is much appreciated.

Hi roseclimber - you need to start with the reloading again. Once you have vaginal dryness it rarely, if ever, goes away and you need to use the vagifem or similar product for life. I hope that it soon works for you again and this time don't stop using it even though it's tempting to think it's gone. It's only gone because you are replenishing the tissues with oestrogen. 

The Burning Club is under the Private Lives section.
