What a great quote - this should be very women's mantra - particularly when visiting with their GPs.

Haello ladies.

I saw a film where a group were discussing a middle aged woman who had become reclusive, one woman suggested she may be experiencing 'The change of life ' and when a man said ' You mean the menopause ? Is that  all ?' she responds by saying 'Believe me, that's enough'. The film was based on actual events and set in the fifties and I thought it was great to hear the menopause referenced in this way.

Out and proud ladies, out and proud!

Take care all.
