Hi annie10 and welcome to MM
You are in the right place for support.  Do read up all the info underrate headings to the left of this screen so you are fully clued up and get back to use with questions.
Lots of us on here (including me - I was in my mid 30s!!)  have had premature menopause like you so we can help. Finding the right HRT is crucial - it's a bit hit and miss I'm afraid.  If you do go on HRT then try Femoston first as it has a good progesterone that brings fewer side effects. HRT will protect your heart and bones and should make you feel much much better.

Hi Annie - some of your questions are answered on your other post. Quick link here so you can read them. It's easy to lose posts until you're used to the forum http://www.menopausematters.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,25416.msg390033.html#msg390033

Hi I'm also diabetic and my consultant advised me we get menopause earlier and worse! Another one of the joys of being diabetic! I've been on hrt for nearly 10 months and am so much better although it took a while! You are very young so please take your gp's advice and try hrt - be prepared to be patient as it may take a while.....
