Glad you paid your respects with your neighbours. Your kindness will have been noticed.
The death of anyone is very sad but a child hits really hard.

Don't forget them in the days and months to come. It will so very hard for them.

christmas, i cant begin to imagine how they will feel, i always try to put myself in other people shoes in life and try to imagine how they feel, but heaven knows how they will be feeling christmas morning, they have 2 more children one a year old and one age six, so their lives must carry on but it will be so hard for them  :'(

It was the fact I had another child that kept me going. My son deserved a mum that functioned so that's what I did until life became normal again.

The other kids will get the parents through this.

So long as the children aren't forgotten when the parents are in the depths of grieving - as it did in my family ...
