Does anyone else get a wooly head.  It's difficult to explain - I don't feel dizzy, just a bit wobbly.  It feels like my head is wrapped in cotton wool.

Are you on HRT? I often felt like my head was full of wool. Couldn't think of the word I wanted, found myself glazing over while watching TV, couldn't make a decision about anything. All part of the joys of perimeno I suspect. I've been much better since I started HRT.

I've had that, too. Head as if floating somewhere....  Disappeared though in the past couple of months. For me definitely was related to hormones.

Yes.
I call it absent or spaced out.
