i have to spend a while in the Us this Autumm, does anyone knoe if you can buy Vagifem 10mg over the counter , i have a prescription for it in this country but it is always a hassle gettting in from GP and doubt he will give me more than one months supply.

I think it's prescription only but I'm sure your GP will give you extra if you explain the situation. They do that for every other drug so I don't see why they wouldn't for this one?

Ask for the amount you need. I went travelling for 6 months a few years ago and went loaded up with enough medication to get me through.
