This sounds like what I had recently - drove me nuts especially at night. It stopped a couple of days after I stopped washing my hair in the shower ie when shampoo rinsewater was no longer running down me and getting between my legs. I suggest you try washing your hair in the basin for a few days and see if that helps. You could also try doing without knickers and tights (heavenly under a long skirt), wearing cotton knickers, and doing without pant-liners (plasticky and sweaty - yuk). Good luck!
