……….. but I wouldn't use it 'cos I would feel silly trying something new, at least in a side room you can phaff without the World watching
. Several years ago I had to complain about being able to hear the consult going on even though the door to the Surgery was shut, eventually the radio was installed but then the 'licence' became too expensive
……… I think it was re-instated.
I also complained about the fact that phone messages were in the 'open', i.e. when the Receptionist phoned a patient at home with results, everyone could hear the name of the patient plus the results!!!! ………
- eventually it was suggested that such phone calls should be done in the empty GP room between consults ……..
