Hi Mollie
Do look at the thread 'The Burning club'  as this may give you some advice.  Essentially this is very common in meno and usually needs some local oestrogen. I also use a vaginal gel (I use Multi Gyn Actigel) that helps to keep the flora balance right in that area and stops BV and thrush taking hold.  Also drink plenty of water and make sure you empty your bladder properly every time. BTW don't use anything scented around your 'lady bits'.
