Energy in the morning
« on: April 20, 2014, 11:31:41 AM »

There are times that I don't wake up as full of energy as I use too, so I did a google and found this.

Mine is number 10, my partner keeps much later hours then me and we have a house that creeks badly upstairs, plus the slightest banging jerks me awake when I am dropping off to sleep and then the adrenals surge, so far no answer to this except when decides to go to bed early :)

So I need to change the Red Wine for White Wine and change the chocolate for crisps and I'm sorted. Lol

A bowl of porridge 30 mins before bed can aid sleep.
We never go to sleep after an argument: well he goes to sleep  ::)  ;D ……. I've been known to elbow his ribs in t he early hours to 'have it out' with him
Making sure that we drink enough throughout the day - because the kidneys will work harder if they are empty which keeps the body under stress
Sometimes i can sleep through the "I want an early morning bathroom visit" but it's best to get up to 'go'

I'm going to ignore the 'no chocolate' suggestion  ;D
