I am getting to sleep ok but keep wakening up so early. I was up yesterday and fed the dog and took a cuppa back to bed by 6am
.
I took hubby a cuppa too.....I really think he thinks I have gone mad.
As soon as my eyes open I need to get out of bed and then of course the dog thinks it's breakfast time. Anxiety is never great in the early morning so that does not help things either.

That's what I miss, I have to get up as soon as I am awake, once upon a time I enjoyed the sleepy relaxed feeling when I woke up.

Hey ladies
I take HRT and have since last year. I find I sleep too much or is it my ages? I can sleep from 10pm until 7am ...sickening I know but wish I didn't need quite so much sleep, but then I get tired after a long day at work ...Stressful job at that xxxx

I'm lucky if I can manage 5 or so hours nowadays. Last night was about 4.

Hey Cubagirl
Bless you , you must get so tired. I have no remedy, juts avoid all caffeine and alcohol. I only drink green tea, I have a lovely light but soft blanket and a cold bedroom.....
Hugs

Thanks Mrs J. Caffeine rarely passes my lips. I have a cold bedroom too, light duvet, with a light blanket in case I need it.
Hope I sleep better tonight. Fingers crossed.
