I can't see how they will ever find out what really happened, it will probably be the subject of endless conspiracy theories and documentaries.

I think it just went into the sea and will be found but all this waiting without closure is heartbreaking for the families ::)

Did anyone see Kay Burley from Sky news yesterday? Should have been shot for way she was practically accosting poor relatives to get a story. Shocking behaviour.

Even if the debris, they've detected, belongs to the plane, speculation will continue as to why it ended up there. May never know the full story, though some reports say the Airline company know more than they're letting on.

I agree cubagirl I saw it too on Sky News.

It goes without saying that the whole world is in sympathy for the relatives but that behaviour is in excusable.

I felt so uncomfortable watching it, I actually switched channels. No need to be so aggressive to get a story.  I don't particularly like her style at the best of times.

At last debris is being seen.  Because of the area and due to bad weather it will be a long time before any is recovered.  At least it is known that it is un-likely to find any survivors  :'(

Retrieving the debris may prove difficult though, due to currents & weather conditions.

They think this one was weather related though as pilot had asked to climb to 38,000 to clear the thunderstorms. Contact was then lost. Malaysians had a tough year with air accidents. Also a ferry accident between Greece & Italy.

It still amazes me that with all the technology we have now, a plane can just disappear and they have no idea what has happened.
