Tired on HRT

 :(why is it I am so much more tired on hrt, than off it, plus tight neck temples, and above nose heaviness, patch plus pills,   come off them again only after 9 days on them, ???

Body takes a while to adjust to HRT. Maybe speak to your doctor. Your dose may need a bit of tweaking.

sue23  You are describing how I feel at the moment and I'm not on HRT any more.  I think it is end of februaryitis.  DG x

What type of HRT are you taking? Some types of progestogen can make you feel tired or as Dancinggirl says - it's February - we need some sunshine, warmth and blue skies!
I too feel much more tired than usual...
