I understand the high alert. It's horrid.

My skin always reacts after the event too as does my IBS. With me it's dermatitis on my hands and patches of eczema on my arms.
You need to try and relax a bit. Easier said than done I know. "We " had quite a bad hypo this morning. The words I told you so sprang to mind but of course I did not say them.
Not much fun sometimes.

Have you been checked for scabies or shingles? You ought to see a Dr really. Stress is a B****r when it comes to releasing all manner of nasties! I struggle with IBS and even a couple of hours of worry can see me doubled up and running to the loo! Good luck!  :-*
