Hi I have been lurking for a while now soaking up all the information I am reading. I am 47 and peri just a few niggles but nothing major at the moment. Put on half a stone, even though I am eating less and walking 5 miles a day. Pubic hair thinning, getting spots, vagina is staring to dry up
and is sore on and off, urethra a bit delicate and sex drive not great. My periods are still as regular as clockwork, and my breasts have gone up a cup size. I am finding the exercise is helping a lot especially anxiety wise, as I am to tired to get anxious, so I am sleeping through the night.
