The only way to know for sure is to stop your HRT. If your headaches stop then you can go back to your GP with certain facts.

Although it saddens me to say it HRT just does not suit some people.

To me it's really your only option but perhaps someone else will have a better idea.

Hi again although I have been on the a year, I dont want to stop the HRT as I dont like the menopause symptoms, I used to have headaches leading up to my periods and thats  what these feel like, I need to change to a transdermal route as I have stomach issues anyway but I am afraid that the HRT is not agreeing with me but would it happen even after all this time  :)

It could be a good few weeks before the return of any meno symptoms but at least you would know. If your GP needs evidence that it's the pills that are causing the headaches and patches would be better then stop and see. What's the worse that can happen.

It could be that HRT just does not suit you though.
