Sounds uncomfy les. The side effects of Sandrena do state oedema as one of the side effects so it could be the gel not agreeing with you. I'm sure someone else will be along soon with advice.

Hi les.smart,

I have been on sandrena for over a year now.

To begin with had some side effects, but not oedema. Had some pains in my legs but that quickly settled, and had v dry eyes, that took much longer to settle.

My advice would be try and persevere for a bit longer. May be look into some water retention reducing stuff, stay off excess salt too. Also, I had a bit of puffiness when went up a dose, but that settled again v quickly.
Now, I have been given estrodot, so I am going where you have been...

Sandrena, I love now so very worried to change now.

Hope it helps,
Suz

morning guys,

thanks for the input

Suz, I found estrodot very good but was experiencing spotting so my doc suggested I try sandrena

I'll persevere a while longer and see what happens, fingers crossed everything will settle down soon enough

thanks again xox

I've been on sandrena for about 5 years and not had a problem with it.
I would persevere a bit longer and see
