I have been using Andrew Jackson's app 'deep sleep' to help with insomnia the last couple of nights.  It's cheap to download and he has very soothing, Scottish accent.  Has helped me a little. Am going to investigate some of his other apps too.

I have an app or two on my tablet. One is Relax & Sleep. You can choose a sound to relax to or combine a few. Everything from waves, to rain, to white noise. I sometime have it running as I read at bedtime.
