Prior to taking HRT I used to get palpitations. They made me a bit panicky, I think the very nature of them does that, but I got far less panicky once I realised it was a normal menopausal symptom. HRT has fixed them, I get an odd one very occasionally now.

Interesting to read about the Dormeasan drops for anxiety, might give them a whirl when I start catastrophising.

Hello ladies.

Earlier on in my menopause journey I had very strong palpitations which, as we know, make you feel terrible.

I was wondering if the internal shaking,  jittery feelings that some of us have are another version of palpitations and if so, how would we have that diagnosed? My friend gets 'the jangles ' as she calls them and would also love to understand them better. I do have Beta Blockers available but when I've taken them I don't really notice a difference.

Yes I am feeling exactly the same , shaky and feels like palpitations.
