Hubby's Tum!

Are there any other ladies who have hubbies or partners who are relatively thin in most areas except for a protruding belly. My hubby has lovely toned legs, arms, a nice butt lol, but then he has this huge belly, it really is something that I feel he should be working at, TBH, it also spoils him, if you know what I mean, and I do not mean that nastily!  He struggles due to back problems to do sit ups etc, I thought that maybe swimming would help, he does not drink a lot of beer nor does he eat excessively, any ideas would be appreciated.

Yep  ::)

DH is cycling 25+ miles x 2/3 times a week but his beer belly is there.  Flabby  >:(  ........ but he is aware of it these days whereas for years he wouldn't acknowledge!!!  He is 60+.

Swimming is good exercise.  Brisk walking tones up over all.  How about a personal trainer for 2/3 sessions for advice?  It is said that the waist measurement can determine our risk of diabetes etc..

My husband goes to a personal trainer.  He first went for his back problems, but it has helped his tummy, too!

Thx lovely ladies, I went and bought an exercise bicycle, will keep you posted, now to motivate him and myself to use the dang thing :)
