Hi Ladies haven't posted for some time but hope someone out there can help. I have been having probs with anxiety and an upset tum fight or flight syndrome, after trawling through old posts I read about Jan De Vries and Bowel essence have ordered some also saw Tormentil Complex but looks like this has been taken off of the market? any advice would be gratefully received xx

I think that A Vogel have just restarted tormentil.

I have managed to track some down by trawling the internet. It took a while though.
I use it for the same reasons as you and also for IBS. Jan de Vries also has a help line that you can call for advice.
Have you had a word with your GP. Changes in bowel habits should be checked out.

Hi Honeybun thanks for that will take another look. I have had this problem for many years on & off, life is a tad stressfull for me at the moment & it seems to go hand in hand with those times in my life xxxx
