It's against the law to ride a bike on the pavement,but where are the police?
Never around to enforce it
If a car drove up on the path or jumped a red light the old siren would be soon on,you bet!
The same goes for dog mess.( maybe another thread here

I am a dog owner but it riles me to see that some dog owners don't bother picking it up,despite signs.
But again who is there to enforce it?
We have a school nearby and that is one of the worse places for dogs mess
