I had waist length hair that my mother used to try and curl. She put rags in it at night before I went to bed. I used to wait until she left the room and then take them all out. My hair was as straight as a poker.
It was long until I was 16 and then I went and had a sort of Eton crop. I sold the hair and bought a new jacket. My dad was so shocked at the new me.
I loved it as the long hair was so hot and took so long to dry.
Short now with lots of choppy layers.
