Nope.  The drug is doing what it is designed to do.  The thing is, don't do too much once you feel more relaxed!  I got into the bad habit of feeling better and taking on more commitments ........ <silly>  ::) - I had to learn to enjoy feeling 'good'  ;)

Thanks for what you said, I will be careful and won't take on too much when I start feeling better.  Having to work part time is a struggle as it is so I can't see me taking on anything else.  I took xanax this about an hour before I had to go out to a meeting and it really seemed to help, because I do normally get very anxious before meetings.

palpitations are horrible and the more they worry you, the worse they get, so I'm so glad you've had some help.
I had such irregular heartrate before I was on HRT that I was sent to have a heart trace. The technician said "oh, another menopausal woman"!
