Hi Liz
This is interesting.
I was like that last month as I came off them I remember.

(my first cycle using Utrogestan)
I was like it for a few days after I stopped, even though I felt fine on them.
My last one is today, so I will report how I feel after stopping them.
However, I am away from tomorrow until Monday at a gig and then a music festival. I hope I don't go downhill or it will spoil it

My gynae specialist was originally trying to make me take continuous utrogestan, so maybe that might be an option for you if it becomes troublesome each month?
I think I read on here that the continuous utrogestan dose is 100mg as opposed to the 200mg that you take on a cycle (I might be wrong there though...Hurdity???

)
I insisted on taking it for only 12 days because I thought I might be affected badly by the prog due to difficulties (!!!!!! an understatement!

) on other, synthetic, progesterones.
if it continues to make me feel down coming off it I might try continuous as I feel A-OK right now!
(but of course halving the dose might make a difference too.....
