Stress Incontinence

I'm sorry this subject might have already been discussed in a previous thread but I wanted to ask if any members had tried Ben wa Balls to help tighten Pelvic Floor Muscles ?

I am told they might have another more pleasant use too  for those of us less fortunate females who get no stimulation in that area ;) ;)

Thanks

no i havent but i do recall when I posted about my problems somebody on here mentioned them.

I bought a Sensa Tone from amazon and it certainly tightened things up.

Have you had a look at the bladder matters forum. It's our sister site and you might get some extra information there.
