Go and get it checked

Bright red eyes are scary , especially with blurred vision and bad headaches recently.
You are NOT wasting the doctors time

I never even thought about the chemist in my panic!

Just back from doc my blood pressure fine he did thorough eye check took notes about my brother not that i could tell him much as were not in touch, he said he doesnt think its hrt related and it should heal up in a couple of weeks but to go back if i get another one, he seems to think its just one of them things that happens, im glad i went though as i can stop worrying now, thanks for all your advice xxxx

Thanks for the up-date.  Sometimes bending suddenly or sneezing can trigger these ........  ::)

Glad it doesn't seem to be anything too serious - just be warned, it will look worse before it gets better.  I burst a blood vessel years ago whilst diving, it went through a rainbow of colours before it eventually disappeared - bit like a bruise, just on your eye.
