I am going to make an appointment too, to see a Podiatrist too I have just found one http://www.chorleychiropody.co.uk/ not too far away.

Its interesting that the lower limbs and feet can cause quite a few problems.

On a good note today I woke up with no discomfort and aching in lower back and side.

yes silver lady  i too woke without too much groin and hip pain  but last night by 11 my hips felt like they where burning tried spraying a freeze spray when i got to bed but its difficult knowing where to spray as i dont know where the pain is coming from so sprayed lower back and outside of hips

I get burning pain down the front of my thighs in the night.  It is so severe that I can't even call out    ........ referred pain from the sciatic nerve probably
