Honest they dont need to do an internal
You just take your kickers off lye on the table pull your knees apart
He just looks and pulls at the side gently so he can see how dry you are and thats it
A good gp can just see and anyway you can just refuse an internal but its not needed
Releif almost instand with in 2/3 days with Vagifem it was if my fanny had gone gobble gobble HORMONESSSSSSSS

yes pj44. In fact I think sex helps keep everything in better nick -- increased blood flow to the area.

I've had it then lol as I have forgotten what sex is its been that long. I am 51 and now 2 months without a period so early days for me into the menopause, i'm certainly dryer down there but so far i'm not sore.
